Counseling is not one-size-fits-all. My approach allows clients to share their stories in an open, judgment-free environment, creating a safe and trusting connection. Treatment is designed according to what makes sense to you. Whether you're processing difficult experiences, addressing a specific problem or habit, seeking personal growth, or simply in need of support, I offer both short- and long-term treatment tailored to your unique situation.

My primary therapeutic methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness. I adapt my approach based on your individual needs and goals. I believe counseling is most effective when the client and counselor are a good fit, the treatment resonates with the client, and the goals are clearly established.

My ideal clients are those seeking therapy in a safe, nonjudgmental environment—where they feel comfortable sharing openly and are willing to be challenged and engaged in the counseling process.
